DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND MEASUREMENTS

Detailed attention has been given to ensure the product description and measurements listed on this website are correct and accurate. However, though the colours displayed are of a very close representation, slight variations of the product may occur and the actual colours you see will depend on your computer equipment. Measurements given are approximate and fall within a 4cm tolerance.

CONTRACT

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. You must pay at the time of your order. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address provided. Goods will then be sent out 6-10 weeks after receiving payment. The advertising of products on our website is not an offer to sell and we shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the products from us. If products are shown on the site but are unavailable or incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, we are not obliged to sell you those goods.

PURCHASE

All stated prices are inclusive of VAT and in GBP. All stated delivery times include packaging and warehouse fulfillment. If the items are not in stock we will let you know as soon as possible. All goods are sold subject to availability. Once we receive your order we will email acknowledgment of that order to you. Please note this does not mean we have accepted your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Item has been, or will be, dispatched (Order Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation. Save this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase. Once we have received your payment, we will endeavour to send your order 6-10 weeks after taking payment. This will be sent via DPD Local by tracked delivery. We accept credit and debit card payments. We do not keep a record of your credit or debit cards details. Please note that is a technical fault results in an inaccurate price being shown Rosanna Lonsdale is not required to honour this price.

You agree that you are personally responsible for using this website and ensure that your access to this website is not illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you. If we discover that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, disrespectful towards other users or in violation of any of the terms and conditions we reserve the right to deny you access to this website on a temporary or permanent basis.
