BLUE AND PEACH
These beautiful silk cushions are all handmade in London. Finished with velvet, satin or bobble trims to give the finest quality finish.
The silk is all handwoven in Uzbekistan using ancient textile designs, made to be used together, mixing rich patterns and colours.
Price includes a luxury duck feather cushion, made using the finest pure white curled duck feathers available, in a 100% cotton cover.

Please note the patterns on the cushion may differ due to pattern placement on original fabric layout. Dry Clean Only. Please keep away from direct sunlight as the colours can fade.
We will dispatch your items (6-10 weeks for lamps; 4-5 weeks for lampshades; 2-3 weeks for cushions and accessories) after processing your order, to the address given.

Delivery charges payable for items dispatched in the UK will be listed on your order and will depend on the weight and size of your order.

Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which you are solely responsible. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. All products are sent by DPD courier, fully tracked & signed. You will need to sign for item(s) at the door.
Lamps can be shipped worldwide, with shipping rates depending on the weight and size of your order.

We hope you will be very happy with your purchases. However, if you decide to return anything bought from us, please notify us within 14 days of your intention to return goods. We’ll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is returned unused, in its original packaging and in fully re-saleable condition. If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Customers will have to cover the courier cost of returns. Once the re-saleable product is returned, we will refund the money back to you.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Please send the item(s) back in the same packaging to: Rosanna Lonsdale, Unit 58, Wimbledon Stadium Business Park, London, SW17 0BA including details of your name and order details. When returning your item(s), we recommend that you send any returns or exchanges by recorded delivery.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please use at least 8 layers of bubblewrap and surround this in a box filled with polysterene balls.
In the event that goods bought from Rosanna Lonsdale are faulty, we will be happy to replace the goods at no charge to the customer or alternatively, to refund the cost of purchase. It should be noted that our liability is limited to the purchase cost of faulty goods and we will accept no responsibility for any costs that may be associated with their supply. Faulty goods should be notified to Rosanna Lonsdale within 3 days of receiving the goods and returned to the Rosanna Lonsdale warehouse within 14 days. The courier cost to return goods will be covered by Rosanna Lonsdale.
